Therapy format
Through weekly therapy sessions I get to know you and your unique concerns to help you heal at the pace needed. For some this can be a series of six sessions and for others longer term therapy allows for deeper exploration of their concern and history to promote long term wellbeing and thriving.
Online Therapy
One to one sessions are offered in a secure video conferencing format through Clinko, providing a safe way to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home. Unique links are emailed with each session confirmation to offer easy access from your laptop or smart phone.
Ecotherapy
Ecotherapy is a term encompassing nature based forms of treatment including wilderness therapy, walk and talk therapy and other recovery interventions in the outdoors. In this format, we will meet outdoors to engage in an hour long walk and talk session to get the benefits of processing while in nature.
