About

I am an integrative therapist with a compassionate and connected approach to helping clients heal, grow, and thrive using techniques rooted in mindfulness based cognitive therapy. My specialities include working with depression, anxiety and PTSD. In addition, I enjoy supporting adults facing life transitions, navigating parenthood, and healing from loss and separation.

In addition to seeing clients in private practice, I work at the University of Exeter Mood Disorder Centre as a Senior Clinical Research Therapist. I received my Master’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where I was trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy and interpersonal therapy. I later went on to train in cognitive behavioural approaches to trauma at the National Center for PTSD and eating disorders at The Center for Eating Disorders in Baltimore, Maryland. I am BAMBA and SW England accredited and an LCSW in California.
