Hello!

I am an integrative psychotherapist with fifteen years of experience treating adults with depression, anxiety and the challenges of life transition, trauma and relationships. My approach to therapy is solution-focused, nonjudgemental and direct. Through integrative work rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy, I will support you in recognising your goals, identifying sources of personal resilience, and forging a pathway towards thriving.

Individualized.

One-on-one therapy

Through one-on-one therapy sessions I get to know you and your unique concerns to help you work at the pace needed. For some this can be a series of six sessions and for others longer-term therapy allows for deeper exploration of their concerns and history to promote sustained wellbeing.

Life transitions

Creating a foundation for stability and thriving during major life changes.

Depression + aNxiety

Understanding patterns of mood disorders and building new strategies to find balance and achieve your goals.

Relationship Challenges

Creating healthy boundaries. Learning new ways to communicate effectively. Embracing self-worth and returning to yourself.

Adjustment to Parenthood

Embracing self-care. Maintaining identity while nourishing the role of parenthood.

The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself.
